Increased demand for credit, at a time when banks have their credit quota stretched to the limit, is putting pressure on companies

SBV has given credit room extensions to some commercial banks, paving the way for more money to be pumped into the economy.

About 15 commercial banks have just been allowed to expand their credit limit by 1 percent to 4 percent by the State Bank.

Sacombank leads the list with increased credit room at 4%. Other banks such as Agribank 3.5%, MB 3.2%, SHB 3.2%, VIB 3%, Vietcombank 2.7%.
