The Government chief made the request on August 24 while presiding over the Cabinet meeting in the legal building.
The new law must remove difficulties, free resources for development, streamline administrative procedures and avoid troublesome for people, businesses, and organizations, Pham emphasized.
In addition, the content of the Law must be easy to understand, easy to implement, easy to monitor and inspect, serve to promote digitalization and IT application in land management and prevent corruption and negative behaviors.
Regarding the content on land access by foreign-invested economic organizations, the Prime Minister suggested the new law needs to cover regulations on limitations and management of access to key areas which are sensitive to national defense and security.
The Government also discussed amendments and supplements to the Law on Bidding, Law on Cooperatives, and Law on Prices.
